Translation:

We have created man and know every evil suggestion that arises in his heart: We are even closer to him than his neck-vein.

Translit: Walaqad khalaqna alinsana wanaAAlamu ma tuwaswisu bihi nafsuhu wanahnu aqrabu ilayhi min habli alwareedi
